Tent Placement
Mark the exact location where you’d like the tent installed on your property. If your tent is rectangular or oval, please show how you’d like it oriented (which side faces the house, driveway, trees, pool, etc.).

Tent Opening Direction
Indicate where you want the main tent entrance to face (e.g., toward the house, toward the backyard gate, etc.).

Wall Preferences
All tents include 50% window walls and 50% solid walls.

Dance Floor Placement
If you’ve rented a dance floor, show where you’d like it installed inside the tent.

Power Access
Let us know where the closest electrical outlet is, if you’re running power to the tent. Include the distance from the outlet to the tent.

Vehicle & Equipment Access
Indicate where our truck can park and how far it is from the tent site. If the path from the truck to the install site is more than 50 feet, additional labour fees may apply. This helps us plan and bring any extra equipment if needed.

Photos (Optional, but helpful!)
If possible, include clear photos of the setup area—especially if your address is tricky to find on GPS or Google Maps.

Special Instructions
If your location has unique access requirements or directions, please include those (e.g., private road names, gated access codes, or alternate entrances).

Contact Info
Please include the property owner’s name and mobile number directly on the layout, in case our team needs to reach someone on delivery day.
